Terms & Conditions
These rules are in addition to the lake rules below and must be read and understood by all occupants
- Never leave rods unattended at any time.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING in or around cabin.
- No DRUGS or illegal substances to be brought on to venue.
- No twigs or similar devises to be used including any fixed rigs.
- All cans, bottles and jars to be sorted ready for recycling, all other rubbish must be taken away from the venue
- Please do not feed any of the animals.
- Gates on far bank must be kept closed at all times.
- No parking on far bank at any time, vehicles can be parked at gate for loading and unloading only, then vehicle to be parked in designated area.
- No urinating behind swims, there are toilets both in the cabin and next to the shower area.
- Absolutely NO OPEN FIRES EVER.
- Buckets of water must be at hand when dealing with all fish.
- Please do not leave litter or mess in or around your swims, leave them as you would like to find them.
- Spot checks on rigs and equipment may be carried out.
There will be NO second chances if rules are broken and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds offered
These rules are in place for the safety and security of both the fish and the venue
Please familiarise yourselve with the rules as anyone found to be breaking the venues rules may be asked to leave and no monies returned.
- All fish are micro-chipped, scanners are provided in swims for keeping records up to date (we can show you how to operate these if you are not familiar with the use of them)
- Slings and cradles are provided for safe retention of fish
- Fishing from designated swims only
- Carp care to be used on any wounds found on fish
- NO FIXED LEAD rigs of any description
- NO sacking of fish, retainers are provided and fish can be retained for photo preparation only
- ALL fish caught over 50lb are to be photographed in lake
- Micro-barbed hooks only
- Minimum 15lb lines to be used (NO BRAID)
- NO open fires, BBQs are allowed, wood and charcoal can be purchased
- NO particles to be used unless purchased from venue
- NO animals
- If snagged, NEVER pull for break, please contact a member of the venue who will be able to help with the rowing boat
- Bait boats are allowed and can also be rented from the venue
- Alcohol is permitted but in moderation, please remember this is our home
- Particle (spod) Pellets and Boilies can be purchased from the venue
- BINS are provided for cans and bottles only, all other rubbish is to be taken away from venue, including cigarette ends
- Please do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet
