Lake Information
Set in the heart of rural France, our six‑acre lake has been carefully designed with the carp anglers in mind.
This is a venue built for space, comfort and proper watercraft - not overcrowding.
With only four swims available, and a maximum of four anglers on the lake at any one time, every guest enjoys an impressive average of 1.5 acres of lake to themselves.
Depths range from 5ft in the shallows to 15ft at the deeper end, offering plenty of variation for different approaches throughout the year.
The lakebed is predominantly silty, with very little weed and minimal snags, making it an accessible and enjoyable water for anglers of all experience levels.
Whilst a new venue for anglers, this is a mature, established lake, surrounded by unspoilt countryside and uninterrupted views stretching for miles.
Nature does the talking here and the soundtrack is simple: birdsong, the breeze moving through the trees, and, often enough, the unmistakable scream of your alarms.
Carp Stock
The lake holds a young and thriving stock of 120+ powerful, hard‑fighting carp that have grown on beautifully in this rich, mature environment.

Expect a real mix of characters from long, dark commons, broad‑backed mirrors, and even a large well known ginger koi named 'Joe' after our good friend who sadly passed away but gave us the motivation to leave the UK and create this little piece of paradise in the French countryside.
Whether you’re targeting a new PB, enjoying a week away with family or frinds, or simply looking to unwind in total tranquillity, the lake provides the perfect setting.
